 Trac is a python wrapper for [http://libdv.sourceforge.net/ libdv]. libdv '''minimalistic''' approach to '''web-based''' management of 
 '''software projects'''. Its goal is a to simplify effective tracking and handling of software codec for DV video, issues, enhancements and overall progress. 

 All aspects of Trac have been designed with the encoding format used by most digital camcorders, typically those that support the IEEE 1394 a.k.a FireWire or i.Link) interface. Libdv was developed according single goal to
